    Pinterest saw an "emerging contribution" in the first quarter from third-party partnerships, which are ramping and complementing "the really strong growth" in the first-party ad demand, company executives added on a post-earnings call. The company expects second-quarter revenue to be between $835 million and $850 million, compared with analysts' average estimate of $826.5 million, according to LSEG data.

    The brand, called Bettergoods, is just hitting Walmart stores and the company's online shopping site.     Shares of the Seattle-based e-commerce and tech company climbed less than 2% in extended trade after its current-quarter revenue forecast came in below expectations. The stock closed down 3.3% in the regular session. Chief Financial Officer Brian Olsavsky told reporters on a call that capital spending would increase throughout the year, compared with $14 billion in the first quarter. "That will be the low point for the year as far as capex by quarter," he said.
